Cours André FONT

Objectifs :

Acquérir les notions fondamentales de la psychologie du travail, ses principaux objets d'études, ses champs d'applications, ses principes méthodologiques et ses règles déontologiques.

- Prendre en compte la problématique du travail humain et savoir choisir les outils de gestion des ressources humaines les plus adéquats.

- Identifier les pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines quant à leur finalité.

- Connaître les principales références réglementaires et savoir situer son action dans le contexte légal spécifique à un secteur professionnel ou à un statut juridique d'établissement public ou privé.

Contenus :

Introduction à la psychologie et à la psychopathologie du travail

La qualification du travail : les méthodes de recrutement

L'intensification du travail, la violence, et les conflits dans les organisations

La gestion du stress

La clinique de l'activité et l'analyse du travail

L'appréciation des personnels et le plan de formation

  

Méthodes pédagogiques et évaluation :

Les méthodes utilisées visent l'implication active des étudiants en faisant appel à l'expérience professionnelle de chacun. Ils sont encouragés à présenter des exposés ou des études de cas issus de leur pratique d'encadrement.

L'évaluation de cet enseignement comporte une épreuve sur table de trois heures et sans documents : elle correspond à un travail de mobilisation des connaissances acquises dans cet enseignement.
